site limit will be 350FPS no execptions + 10% when chrono of guns is being done

i will allow sniper rifles to be used up to 500 FPS gives the snipers a little more fun.

there will be random chronos of weapons being done. this may be in game or at begining but please make sure weapons are within comfines of site limit as you will be asked to use a different weapon.
